Helen Berlin, violinist, was a winner in the 1928 Walter W. Naumburg Foundation competition.

She made her New York debut under the auspices of the Naumbug Foundation on November 8, 1928. Her program was: Brahms' Sonata in D minor, Chausson's Poeme, Nin-Kochanski's Chants d'Espagne, and Ravel's Tzigane. Ms. Berlin's pianist was Pierre Liboshutz.
